Rani Mody, PA-C

Rani Mody, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies through Seton Hall University’s accelerated six-year Physician Assistant program. During her final clinical rotation at Changebridge Medical Associates, Rani experienced firsthand a practice where every patient was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion. Inspired by the practice’s commitment to personalized care, she knew it was where she wanted to practice medicine. “Primary care allows me to truly get to know my patients beyond their diagnoses. I value the opportunity to build lasting relationships, provide continuity of care, and partner with patients throughout every stage of their health journey.” Rani has a strong passion for family medicine, with a focus on preventive care, patient education, and evidence-based medicine. She believes that empowering patients through education and shared decision-making leads to better health outcomes. By taking the time to listen, understand each patient’s unique needs, and develop individualized care plans, she strives to help patients achieve their long-term health and wellness goals in a supportive and welcoming environment. Outside of the office, Rani enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, discovering new coffee shops, and exploring new places.
