Professional on time and friendly

I had an 11 am appointment was not called into my appointment until 11:45. Patients who had 11:30 appointments were going in before me… when I asked how much longer they seemed to have over looked me. They were apologetic but once in the doctors room they made me wait another 15 minutes. I ended up leaving…

Most doctor visits are a chore, but Laura McHale puts me at ease and I enjoy meeting with her and discussing any issues I have.

It’s like having a friend as a doctor, she listens, and hears(yes I meant to say it that way) . The referral question, below is a bad question, because although I’m thoroughly pleased with my appointment and how it went, I’m not a big referral person because I’m not sure who I’m referring to you, it has no knock on Laura at all.
