Kelsey Licato, APN

Kelsey Licato, MSN, AGNP-C joined Consensus Health in 2024 and provides a wide range of primary care services to adults and seniors including physical exams, sick visits, preventative checks, chronic disease management, and pre-surgical clearance. Prior to joining Consensus Health, Ms. Licato spent several years as a practicing primary care provider before becoming an adult-gerontology nurse practitioner. In addition, she spent many years as a registered nurse on cardiac and surgical units. Ms. Licato believes that quality preventative care is the foundation of living a healthy life. "I believe in providing comprehensive, individualized patient-centered care and creating strong patient-provider relationships. I want my patients to feel comfortable enough with me to participate in open communication that will lead to successful health outcomes,” she says. Ms. Licato completed the nurse practitioner program at Seton Hall University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing. She is a certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and is a member of the American Nurses Association and the New Jersey State Nurses Association. When not working, Ms. Licato enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs. She loves to travel and spend time at the Jersey Shore.
