I came in for a UTI, and my culture was never sent out! I was warned I better take Macrobid, from which I got ill from the side effects! Not even knowing if I needed it! When test were to be ordered for an ultra sound, it took 48 hours to try to get the correct prescription, And I had to do the research to find the correct ultra sound to ask for! With that being said I called everyday for 4 days to get my urine test, which I was told on the fifth day that they never went out for testing! how very frustrating and unfair to the patient!
