Doctor very nice and helpful to a degree

Super efficient check in process by very kind front office staff. Nursing staff was thorough and professional, doctor ordered immediate imaging to discover the root cause of pain. No imaging on site, have to go elsewhere for it. Injections and meds offered for immediate pain relief.

Absolutely appalling. First, she tells me not to bother getting an EMG because I don’t have peripheral neuropathy. Well, I got the EMG anyway and it turns out that I have peripheral neuropathy. Secondly, I tell her about a brief improvement that I felt, followed by a return of my symptoms, only for her to tell me that I imagined my experience with the improvement. Imagine how many other patients whose experiences she invalidated by telling them that they imagined things. I think she imagined that she was a competent doctor.
