Jain Primary Care is a small community practice with two providers, Dr. Sneh Jain and Dr. Monica Jain who provide quality and compassionate care to their patients. Their mission is to focus on their patients in order to develop a better understanding of their patient’s needs and more personal relationships. With more than 40 years of experience, Dr. Sneh Jain focuses on diagnosis, disease prevention, and treatment of both acute and chronic illnesses, including, but not limited to, sinus problems, high blood pressure and hypertension, COPD, thyroid problems, asthma, sore throat, influenza and much more. Dr. Monica Jain is a board-certified family medicine physician and member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She loves all aspects of adult patient care and enjoys caring for patients with a comprehensive approach focused on improving quality, wellness, and prevention.
